  10. Pimienta recién molida
  11. Aliño completo
  12. 1 taza arroz

  1. Lavar las lentejas y disponer en una olla con agua fría y cocinar hasta que estén tiernas (20 minutos)
  2. Preparar un pino con la carne molida, zanahoria, pimentón y cebolla. Friendo primero la cebolla unos 10 minutos, zanahoria 5 minutos, pimentón y luego la carne por 10 minutos más.
