  2. Agregar la salsa de tomate, el agua y los condimentos. Y agregar las lentejas crudas (si agregan lentejas cocidas, se agregan junto con la berenjena y el zucchini...ya que no necesitan tanta cocción). Cocinar por 30 minutos.
  3. Agregar el zucchini y las berenjenas y cocinar por 15-20min más, o hasta que el boniato y las zanahorias estén blanditos y las lentejas bien cocidas. Apagar el fuego y dejar tapado 30min.
