- Cortamos en cubitos la papa y en tiritas la zanahoria y las ponemos en una olla a fuego bajo con el agua hervida de la pava. Con 5 minutos está bien porque sólo necesitamos que se ablanden un poquito. Mientras tanto, cortamos también en cubitos, la remolacha y el zapallo amarillo previamente pelados. En una fuente enaceitada ubicamos nuestras verduras. Condimentaremos con pimienta blanca y sal el zapallo, con pimentón y orégano las papas.

- Con el agua hervida restante vamos a cocinar las lentejas a fuego medio hasta que estén tiernas y reservamos.
- Ahora para el salteado vamos a colocar un chorrito de aceite de oliva o el de preferencia en el sartén y colocaremos la cebolla, ajo, el pimiento, el zapallito y el tomate. Estará listo cuando veamos que este doradita la cebolla

- Una vez listo nuestro salteado, incorporamos la lenteja y la cebollita verde. Condimentamos con sal, pimienta, pimentón y un poquito de locoto en polvo.

- Por último realizaremos un arroz blanco y para servir colocaremos en la mitad de nuestro plato las verduras al horno y en la otra el arroz cocinado, por encima de este colocaremos el salteadito y listo.
